Responsibilities:
Organizational Excellence:
Implement and maintain efficient office systems to streamline day-to-day operations. Ensure the seamless coordination of administrative tasks, promoting a well-organized and productive work environment.
Staff Management:
Lead and supervise office staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture. Uphold accountability among team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Scheduling Mastery:
Manage and optimize schedules for healthcare providers to ensure maximum productivity and patient satisfaction. Proactively address scheduling challenges, working towards maintaining a full and efficient calendar.
Systems Development:
Develop and implement effective systems for office operations, aiming to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Regularly evaluate existing processes, recommending improvements to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business office management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Minimum education of bachelor’s degree, master’s degree a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Proficient in creating and implementing streamlined systems to improve office operations. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with both staff and patients.
