Manage daily office operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient scheduling Handle patient financials, including treatment plans, payment arrangements, and insurance submissions Maintain accurate records using Eaglesoft – proficiency preferred Support a small, dynamic team including one assistant, a part-time hygienist, and our lead doctor Uphold a positive, welcoming environment for our patients and staff
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in office management (dental experience a plus but not required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Confident in handling patient financials and insurance submissions Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Excel, and general computer applications Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care Why Join Us?
