Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, care plans, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Requirements Patient care experience such as LPN or Medical Assistant is preferred. Experience in inpatient settings, geriatrics, or acute care environments is preferred. Knowledge of medical records and patient service protocols. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
