Role:
As our Practice Manager (Regional Therapy Director), you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple therapy service locations, ensuring top-tier care delivery, compliance, staff coordination, and patient satisfaction. You will be the go-to leader for driving efficiency, growth, and excellence across our in-home therapy network.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of clinicians and administrative staff across multiple sites Oversee daily operations across multiple in-home therapy sites Monitor and optimize scheduling, billing, compliance, and workflow processes Implement operational strategies to enhance patient outcomes and business growth Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvements Monitor KPIs, patient outcomes, and satisfaction metrics Serve as a liaison between field teams, billing, and executive leadership
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing healthcare operations (multi-site preferred) Knowledge of in-home care or therapy services is a strong plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare compliance regulations Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) Clinical Background preferred but not required
