Position Overview The Hospitality Manager will split time between West Delray Veterinary and Mindful Veterinary Care , working closely with the Practice Manager of the locations. This role is designed to support both teams in their growth while ensuring that leadership and management are present in each office every day during the week. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting staff management, and helping foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient staff management. Lead the team in delivering a five-star experience, from the first client contact through follow-up care. Promptly address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. Monitor and continuously refine client service protocols and front-of-house systems to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. Support the onboarding, training, and professional development of team members to ensure service consistency and alignment with hospital values. Focus on team well-being by spearheading wellness programs and promoting a healthy workplace culture. Foster strong client relationships to build loyalty and long-term satisfaction, contributing to the practice’s growth and reputation. Develop and implement feedback mechanisms to gather client insights and improve overall service delivery. Develop and implement feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights to help improve overall team management and culture Infuse hospitality-focused leadership to elevate the overall service experience within our practices. Support and manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to ensure the practices meet both patient and team needs. Collaborate with other managers to maintain an engaging and growth-oriented culture. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hospitality industry experience, with the ability to translate service-oriented leadership into the veterinary setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong emotional intelligence and leadership abilities to manage, inspire, and support the team. Confidence in handling client concerns and de-escalating stressful situations with care Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
