We are a busy 1-doctor practice, focused on maintaining exceptional patient care and client experiences while we grow toward our full potential. This is an incredible opportunity for a compassionate, servant leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting a dedicated veterinary team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Medical Director to oversee business operations, foster a positive team culture, and ensure the hospital runs smoothly. While this is primarily an administrative role, we’re looking for someone who is flexible and ready to jump in hands-on when needed. Compensation:

Key Responsibilities Include:
Financial and Operations Management Monitor the financial performance of the hospital utilizing key metrics Monitor and optimize hospital workflow Inventory management, oversee supply orders/repairs Develops new and innovative ideas for hospital growth Adjusts hospital flow, efficiency, scheduling, and pricing to maintain stability and growth Client Engagement and Marketing Oversee marketing needs to generate new clients and drive client retention Train and support the CSR team to ensure a positive experience for clients Resolve client concerns and disputes People Management Fosters a respectful workplace culture that supports and values diversity Oversee all aspects of team management Process bi-weekly payroll Coordinate employee schedule Address employee conflicts quickly and professionally Coordinate regular team meetings and check-ins
Qualifications:
5+ years of veterinary experience required. 2+ years of Veterinary Hospital Management experience is required. Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative and servant leadership approach. Resilience and adeptness in handling emotionally charged situations. Proficiency in budget management. Experience with team training and supervision. Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Capacity to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision. Why Healing Arts?
