Job Skills include:
Schedule patient exams and treatment. Coordinate referral appointments with community specialists. Answer phones and address patient questions in a professional manner. Attain insurance verification and eligibility for each patient more than 48 hours prior to patient visit. Enter insurance benefits for each patient into practice management software, including any special requirements or limitations. Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
