We are seeking someone with excellent managing skill that could lead the whole team enthusiastically and positively. The responsibilities includes 1, Managing daily office operation, supervise the whole team to achieve very smooth filled schedule for both doctor and hygienists. 2, Excellent background knowledge with dental treatment presentation, insurance billing and financial managing of the dental office. 3, Be able to balance the work load in between the front and back team members. And train staff member if needed.

Office Managers must have:

more than 2 years of dental management experience compassionate about dental patient caring, excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Excellent managing skills and can lead the team efficiency.
