Coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient patient flow and a seamless clinic experience. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and their furry companions. Displaying empathy and understanding when addressing client concerns or offering support during difficult times.

Job Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience is required Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the clinic team. Experience with Cornerstone preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and educate clients about veterinary services. A passion for animals and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives. Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software. A humble and team-oriented approach, embracing opportunities for growth and collaboration.
