This hybrid role includes 20 hours per week working the front desk and 20 hours dedicated to leadership and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of accountability, a client-first mindset, and a passion for operational excellence. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for animal welfare, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

4:00 PM•12:00

AM Saturday & Sunday:

10:00 AM•12:00

AM Monday:

9:00 AM•6:00 PM (by appointment) Responsibilities Client Services (20 hours/week): Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Check clients in and out, verify appointment details, and collect payments. Provide empathetic and efficient customer service in high-pressure situations. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Clinic Operations & Management (20 hours/week): Build and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours. Oversee clinic financial performance, including revenue tracking, expense management, and reporting. Ensure clinical compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Order, receive, and manage inventory for all drugs and medical supplies. Conduct regular drug counts and maintain logs for controlled substances. Coordinate with the medical team to support a high standard of patient care. Assist with onboarding and training of new team members. Manage vendor relationships and supply contracts. Monitor client feedback and support continuous service improvements. Must be able to work independently while building a team. Qualifications Prior experience in veterinary practice management, customer service, or healthcare operations preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in veterinary software Knowledge of DEA, OSHA, and AAHA regulations preferred. Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team culture. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
