This hybrid role includes 20 hours per week working the front desk and 20 hours dedicated to outside marketing activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of accountability, a client-first mindset, and a passion for operational excellence. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for making connections, growing the practice, and an excitement to meet new people.

9:00 AM•6:00 PM (by appointment) Responsibilities Client Services (20 hours/week): Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Check clients in and out, verify appointment details, and collect payments. Provide empathetic and efficient customer service in high-pressure situations. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Clinic Marketing and Special Evemts (20 hours/week): Partner with Clinic Administrator and CEO to understand the objectives and implement marketing plans that contribute to the growth of the practice Work with the local community to generate referrals and new clients, increase brand awareness, and educate the community about the services offered. Build and manage social media, online platforms, and community activities. Oversee financial performance of marketing department, including revenue tracking, expense management, and reporting of metrics. Host open houses and build forums for the local veterinary, pet related business managers, and pet owner community. Monitor client feedback and provide responses to promote a positive reputation. Qualifications Prior experience in marketing. Veterinary practice marketing preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in social media and online brand management. Customer service experience and relationship building Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team culture. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
