Positions available at our Winter Garden, Lake Mary and Tampa Quest Kids Therapy Centers. The individual within this role will be asked to work a schedule of Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
General Purpose of Job:
Lead Quest Kids therapy administrative and facility operations through the development and implementation of standards and controls, systems, processes and regular business operations evaluation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manage Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Supporting Therapists including routine onboarding, ongoing training, performance management/ supervision and appreciation/morale activities Manage scheduling duties for therapy operations including setting overall master schedule, managing day to day changes, integrating new clients, overseeing cancellation mitigation strategies, running routine audits and monitoring staff/client utility Coordinate performance management of clinical performance of RBTs/ Supporting Therapists with BCBAs including consulting on performance evaluations in clinical areas, providing joint feedback and ensuring ABA industry standards met Execute fiscal responsibilities including managing of program expense, achieving revenue goals, monitoring/adapting to key metrics and contributing to budget development alongside VP of Youth Programs Perform reception duties for facility including welcoming guests, answering phones and coordinating client needs Manage facility site needs including inventory management, supply ordering, work order management and vendor coordination Coordinate therapy billing activity with Quest Accounting and contracted billing partners including managing billing fail follow up, patient responsibility invoicing and routine audits Lead client family engagement activities including routine correspondence, events/groups and feedback channels Lead facility-based meetings Coordinate with Intake Coordinator to achieve therapy target goals for program site through census management Coordinate with Insurance Specialist on staff credentialing, client authorization management and payor coordination Assign and oversee RBT/Supporting Technician office time assignments Ensure compliance with any and all regulations pertaining Quest’s personnel policies and procedures. Follow all emergency procedures during a drill or in an actual emergency. Attend all required training and monthly staff meetings. Follow all Quest policies and procedures. Employees are required to report serious issues to the employee hotline or to a Quest leader under the See Something Say Something policy. Management reserves the right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed as assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements 18 years of age or older required.
B.S. / BA
degree with preferred courses in Healthcare Administration. 4+ years’ experience in leading ABA therapy or comparable healthcare program operations 2+ years of supervisory role experience Advanced scheduling and billing systems familiarity Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds with or without assistance. Requires frequently periods of standing, bending, walking or sitting. Requires some reaching, stooping, bending or kneeling. Requires occasional exposure to weather including extreme heat, humidity, and moisture. Requires sufficient vision and hearing ability to observe and communicate with clients. Competences & Aptitudes Ability to: Analyze and act on key performance indicators Implement strategies to improve operational outcomes Sell therapy programs to potential clients, families and supporters Present professional/organized representation of therapy programs Ensure accountability of timeliness of one’s and reports actions Accurately perform duties with minimal supervision Coordinate outcomes amongst operational, clinical and support teams Remain calm during a crisis or emergency.
