This new hub allows us to provide our Primary Care clients with a trusted and affordable option for more complex needs — while ensuring they return to their home clinic for ongoing care and follow-ups. Role Description This is a full-time, semi-hybrid Regional Veterinary Manager role overseeing the Canton, Holly Springs, and Marietta locations, with some flexibility to work from home. The Regional Manager will lead day-to-day operations in their clinics, ensure delivery of high-quality care, and support clinic growth. This role involves close collaboration with clinic staff and the executive team, driving company strategy and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of 3 Express Vets clinics, with the potential for a 4th location in 2026 Support, train, and guide support staff and clinic leadership Train new hires, complete performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching Promote a positive work environment and a healthy work/life balance Set and track clinic KPIs; assist with goal-setting and incentive programs Lead seasonal marketing efforts and implement new company strategies Maintain high standards of client and patient care Facilitate resolution of client issues and financial concerns when escalated Conduct monthly team meetings and ensure clear internal communication Coordinate continuing education and staff appreciation efforts Manage inventory, orders, and clinic organization Support staffing needs and fill in when necessary Monitor clinic flow, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in professional development Qualifications Veterinary management experience required Proven leadership and team-building abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of veterinary clinic operations and best practices. Ability to manage multiple locations with independence and initiative Proficient in veterinary software (e.g., Pulse) and general clinic workflows Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate clinic environments Willingness to travel between assigned clinics and support sites as needed

Work Conditions Hybrid:

Mix of on-site clinic visits and work-from-home flexibility.

Coverage Area:

Canton, Holly Springs, and Marietta Schedule:

Monday-Friday, daytime hours (No nights or weekends!)

Travel:
