We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of dental office management, including practice management systems. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, maintaining patient satisfaction, and managing staff effectively.
Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Closed on Friday) Lunch from 12 Pm-1 Pm Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Maintain accurate medical records and oversee patient scheduling to optimize office workflow. Implement and manage practice management systems, ensuring all staff are trained in their use. Ensure adherence to medical terminology and acute care protocols within the office. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism, promoting excellent patient relations. Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with dental professionals to improve office procedures and patient care practices. Qualifications 2+ years of dental office management or leadership experience (required). Proven experience in dental office management or a similar role is required. Strong knowledge of dental insurance is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with experience in supervising staff effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and team members professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
