Assistant Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting receptionist, managing client interactions, assisting technicians, and overseeing other support positions. This position is a direct report to the owner/veterinarian. The ideal candidate will have keen observational skills, exceptional customer service, and a high degree of professionalism. The Assistant Manager must be able to assist in kennel, reception, or veterinary assistant positions as needed. Weekends and holidays shifts are required. Reliable transportation is a must. Summary As a Client Services Manager at our Veterinary Clinic, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service while overseeing the care and well-being of our animal patients. Your core skills in veterinary experience, animal handling, and veterinary terminology will ensure effective communication with pet owners and staff. Utilizing your premium skills in medical collection and veterinary critical care, you will manage client interactions and support the clinic’s operational needs. Qualifications Proven veterinary experience with a strong understanding of veterinary terminology and animal care practices. Proficient in dog handling and animal restraint techniques. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners. Familiarity with medical collection processes and kennel operations. Knowledge of animal husbandry and critical care practices is a plus.
