About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing general practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at a clinic that values collaboration, continued education, and community impact. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development Monitor budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting Foster a positive, inclusive team culture Provide outstanding customer service and client support Support veterinarians in delivering excellent patient care Ensure policy compliance and proper use of hospital software Help grow and shape the practice through strategic planning What We’re Looking For 3+ years of veterinary clinical experience (leadership preferred) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or CVPM certification Strong financial and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Adaptability, initiative, and a start-up mindset Passion for animal care and community engagement Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

What We Offer Salary:

$50,000-$60,000 per year
