The Associate Practice Manager (APM) plays a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering the exceptional patient experience Sono Bello is known for. Working alongside the Practice Manager, the ASPM helps lead the center’s team, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence. This is a developmental role designed for those who aspire to grow into a full Practice Manager position. What you’ll do: Oversee and support daily activities in an accredited outpatient surgical facility Help deliver the Sono Bello patient experience with care, efficiency, and professionalism Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and AAAHC guidelines Support team scheduling, training, and performance management Partner with leadership on implementing new initiatives and improving workflows Track key business metrics and help drive results Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members Ensure the facility is well-maintained and meets our standards of care Provide backup support across front desk and clinical teams as needed (non-clinical tasks) Handle real-time problem-solving related to operations, patient service, and team performance What we’re looking for: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Healthcare or operations experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems A passion for delivering high-quality service and developing strong teams Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per quarter for training or support Ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment where you can make a real impact every day?
