Qualifications:
PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT ROLE IS REQUIRED!
Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance, and patient care. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and vendors.
