DESCRIPTION
Practice Manager The Practice Administrator is the primary person responsible to ensure the smooth operation and success of the practice. This position maintains broad responsibilities of all operational functions of the group, including (but not limited to), operations, marketing, finance, managed care/third party relationships, physician reimbursement, human resources, medical and business information systems, and planning and development. The Practice Manager typically oversees management personnel with direct responsibilities for the specific functional areas of the organization and reports to the Director of Physician Office Operations. The Practice Manager typically serves as a liaison between the organization and staff members, businesses, individuals in the community, and other healthcare organizations in our market areas.
