Bilingual Dental Manager 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 2000 Lakeshore Drive, New Orleans, LA 70148 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Dental Office Manager and partner to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental setting, with a focus on patient care and administrative efficiency. Responsibilities Manage front office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with billing and insurance verification processes. Support dental staff in providing excellent patient care, including four-handed dentistry techniques. Conduct routine tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for treatment. Facilitate communication between patients, dental professionals, and insurance companies. Oversee inventory management of dental supplies and equipment. Utilize electronic health record systems, such as Epic, to document patient information efficiently. Provide assistance in pediatric dentistry settings as needed. Skills Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with patients and staff. Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental clinic environment is highly desirable. Dental medical insurance knowledge is required Familiarity with endodontics procedures and terminology is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of X-Ray procedures and safety protocols is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive medical information.
