Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our integrated medical, and aesthetic clinic . The ideal candidate brings proven leadership skills, a solid understanding of healthcare and spa operations, financial acumen, and a commitment to compliance and excellence in patient care. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations across the medical, dental, and aesthetic departments. Oversee front desk, scheduling, inventory, and patient flow to ensure efficient, high-quality care. Supervise medical records management and enforce strict HIPAA compliance. Coordinate provider schedules and optimize clinic resources for maximum productivity. Implement and enforce office policies and protocols to support operational efficiency. Manage budgets, billing, collections, and financial reporting. Lead, train, and support staff in accordance with clinic protocols and standards. Use Square, Symplast, or similar software to manage appointments, records, and reports. Maintain a professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented workplace culture. Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, state regulations, and professional licensing standards. Qualifications Proven experience in medical or Cosmetic office management required (med spa experience a plus). Knowledge of healthcare operations , medical terminology , and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff and interact with patients. Experience with financial management, including budgeting and collections.
