Description Saratoga Medical Associates is hiring a full-timePractice Manager to join their team! This is a 40-hour work week,Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will have prior experienceworking in healthcare with strong customer service skills and akeen business sense.
Some responsibilities include:
Oversee allaspects of day-to-day office operations including the coordinationof all office tasks and duties, patient registration, telephonereception and triage, appointments, referrals, ordering ofsupplies, review of purchase orders and invoices, review of packingslips and forwarding of packing slips to purchasing clerk,reviewing all invoices and forwarding to accounting department forpayment, and maintenance and ordering of all equipment, furnishingsand instruments. Manage primary care practice initiatives such asPCMH, EPC, CPCI, and NCQA to facilitate practice transformation.
Coordinate, schedule, implement and make recommendations regardingtraining and staff development. Organize, improve and providereports on the productivity of the administrative staff andproviders. Compile and analyze data on patient outcomes, QA, goalachievement, work studies and performance issues. Prepare payrollaccurately and in a timely fashion, in accordance with establishedCommunity Care procedures. Prepare software templates and assistwith creating schedules for all providers in EMR. Create and ensurea working environment that protects patient confidentiality and theprivacy of medical information. Work with Site Medical Manager andHuman Resources regarding employee relation issues, recruitment,benefits, corrective action and terminations, according toestablished Community Care procedures. Work closely withadministration staff by providing information necessary forcredentialing all practitioners at the Site. Work closely withadministration and laboratory staff to help resolve demographicand/or billing errors. Annual salary range:
$67,007.25 -$85,434.25 CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive withroom for professional and financial growth. Requirements Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration preferred.
Five years of medical office experience including three years in asupervisor/management capacity, in the healthcare industrypreferred. Effective communication skills in answering patientinquiries, whether by telephone or in person. while maintaininghigh standards for patient service. Maintain a high level ofconfidentiality, discretion, professionalism and work wellindependently. Solid interpersonal skills to establish/maintaincooperative and productive relationships while providing qualityservice. Strong knowledge of medical billing and computer systemsand applications. Ability to work cohesively andinter-departmentally building positive working relationships.
