This role is essential in ensuring a seamless guest experience and supporting the Front Office Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to excellence in hotel management. Duties Assist in overseeing front desk operations, ensuring high standards of guest relations and service. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while addressing any inquiries or concerns. Train, supervise, and mentor front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Handle reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance guest experiences. Implement hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Utilize phone etiquette skills to manage incoming calls effectively and courteously. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry is essential. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
