Are you a people-first leader, passionate about culture and patient care? Do you love optimizing workflows and finding efficiency? If so, we may be looking for you! We’re recruiting a practice manager for The Phoenix Edge. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, drive operational efficiency, and partner with the owner-provider on expansion and growth. The Phoenix Edge is a growing wellness practice providing compassionate, personalized care. Their team specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and HGH peptide therapy, empowering their patients to reach their fullest potential and “be u again.”

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field. Experience in a practice management or similar people-management role. (Wellness experience ideal but not required.) Proven experience expanding and growing a medical practice.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Outstanding leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members while holding them accountable and maintaining a positive culture. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-management skills; collaborative mindset with staff and providers. Proven ability to manage and streamline all aspects of practice operations, including human resources, policies and procedures, financial oversight, scheduling, marketing, and business development. Business orientation with a strategic and growth mindset; willing to be hands-on and fill in as needed. Technologically savvy, with the ability to gain efficiency through technology. Desire to work both independently and collaboratively with the owner. Passionate about customer service and staff culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily practice operations. Leadership, people management / development, and HR. Creation and implementation of policies and procedures. Optimization of workflows and efficiency. Compliance with healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high standards of care. Financial operations and reporting in cooperation with outside firms. Patient experience and service excellence. Business planning, development, and growth. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
