Dental Office Manager East Blvd Dentistry Charlotte, NC 28203 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of 2 dental clinics in Charlotte, NC (28203 and 28277). •

MUST HAVE

At least 4 years of experience in a dental office management, insurance verification/credentialing and patient coordinations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management systems. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional patient care. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall effectiveness of our practice while fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff. Duties Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring all systems are functioning effectively. Oversee patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications. Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize management software (Open Dental) for patient records and billing processes. Conduct utilization management to optimize resource allocation and patient flow. Handle financial management tasks including budgeting, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Supervise human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations of office staff. Provide medical administrative support to ensure compliance with health regulations and standards. Foster a welcoming environment for patients by addressing concerns and improving service delivery. Experience The successful candidate MUST have prior experience in a dental office management role or similar position. Familiarity with dental software systems such as Open Dental is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A background in financial management and human resources within a clinical setting will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
