PM Setting:
Outpatient Clinic Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a clinical team of 10-15 pediatric therapists and 5-10 administrative staff. Conduct and facilitate monthly all-staff meetings. Represent A Grade Therapy through physician luncheons, in-person visits, and drop-off marketing baskets. Foster and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, primary care offices, and relevant specialists. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create and distribute marketing content (flyers, digital materials, swag). Lead the contract procurement process with new partners and maintain timelines for contract renewals.
Qualifications Required:
3-5 years of practice management or healthcare leadership experience. Experience managing clinical and administrative teams. Strong understanding of HR practices and payroll management. Proven marketing or referral-building experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate clearly and effectively.
Preferred:
Background in pediatric therapy, home health, or outpatient services.
