We focus on providing high-quatily dental care and exceptional patient experience in a high tech environment. Currently we provide dental care at each location on the following days below. The team is same for each office and we are at each location on set days. Candidates applying for this position will be working at both locations on those days. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office, optimize daily operations, and ensure smooth and efficient practice management. Tues, Wed Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, patient communication, and billing.
- Train, lead and support administrative staff to maintain high performance.
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations, insurance protocols and office policies.
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
- Work closely with the dental team to optimize patient flow and experience.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for practice growth.
- Manage accounts receivables, insurance claims, denials and collections.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and service providers.
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical records system (Open Dental, Xray Vision. )
- Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims.
- Collect patient copays. Enter EOB’s and claims correctly and explain to patients if needed.
- Assist with Dental administrative support tasks as needed
- Review Patient Treatment plans and their insurance coverage.
- Review financial responsibilities and implement them prior to treatment start.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+years of experience as a Dental Office Manager (or similar role in dental setting)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing and claims processing.
- Profeciency in dental software (Open Dental).
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle patient inquiries professionally.
- Experience in team management, HR duties and staff scheduling preferred. Hours
- M-TH 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm. Fri
- 8:00 am
- 2:00 pm.
