Who You Are You’re someone who: Loves structure, organization, and operational efficiency Is a high fact-finder who loves following processes and bringing clarity to complexity Can own my calendar, inbox, and time with confidence — you manage me , not the other way around (Eventually once you learn the ropes) Knows how to lead, manage, and hold others accountable Is tech-savvy : Google Drive, spreadsheets, social media, websites, CRM tools, and smart use of AI Loves handling both professional and personal admin tasks that keep life and business flowing Is energized by being a behind-the-scenes MVP for a mission-driven leader Works well independently and enjoys having full ownership of their role What You’ll Own Calendar management : scheduling sessions, calls, and blocking time strategically Email management : checking daily, flagging priorities, and drafting emails on my behalf Travel planning : booking flights, hotels, transportation for speaking events, EOS sessions, etc. Holding contractors and part-time staff accountable. Making my life easier — everything except coaching, sales, and strategy Bringing order, energy, and follow-through to my week Client experience : session logistics, hospitality (ordering/buying lunch), and communication follow-up Social media support : posting updates, light content management, and engagement Back-end support for my book : marketing coordination, spreadsheet updates, managing timelines Project management : setting up call lists, prepping client outreach, CRM data entry Personal assistant tasks : dry cleaning pickup or delegation of tasks as needed Special projects : supporting growth initiatives, helping me find and pursue new opportunities Skills You’ll Need Strong writing and communication skills Organizational wizardry and an obsession with process Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once Able to lead and manage others Resourceful and able to problem-solve independently Comfortable using tech like: GDrive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) AI tools for drafting, research, and project support
