What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital Support and lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and client service reps Handle scheduling, hiring, training, and team development Monitor inventory and manage vendor relationships Partner with the owner to optimize clinic flow, client experience, and team culture Track key performance indicators and implement systems for continued growth and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

Previous veterinary or medical management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented A passion for team building and delivering excellent client service Familiarity with veterinary software (Pulse experience is a plus!)
