The primary purpose of the Dental Supervisor is to coordinate and insure proper dental health and oral hygiene for the residents of OBNMTC. This is accomplished through a comprehensive program that includes planning, administration and delivery of dental services and training to residents, staff, students and guardians. Knowledge to plan, develop, and institute a preventative dental plan that maintains dental health and provides skill training to residents. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and supervise the work of assigned staff. Knowledge of teaching techniques, as well as experience in various methodologies, for dental students or dental auxiliary students. Must be able to plan and administer a sound dental budget.
