As the Practice Manager for Surgical Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations within an integrated specialty healthcare network, reporting directly to the Practice Administrator. Primary responsibilities include ensuring seamless workflow across all practice operations, reviewing and updating policies and procedures for optimal efficiency, recruiting and developing a high-performing staff, conducting regular staff meetings to foster communication and team collaboration, monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement, maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and smooth operations, building strong patient relationships through effective communication, ensuring overall patient satisfaction by delivering an exceptional healthcare experience.
