Reporting to the Practice Administrator, the Practice Manager Surgical Services will oversee the daily practice operations within an integrated specialty healthcare network. Primary responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflow, reviewing policies and procedures, recruiting and training staff, conducting regular staff meetings, monitors financial performance, makes recommendations on areas of improvement, maintains accurate records, builds patient relations through efficient communication, and ensures overall patient satisfaction.
