Medical Practice Manager Northeast Medical Consultants (Interventional Spine Medicine) Barrington, NH 03825 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management and administrative support, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role requires excellent leadership skills, financial management capabilities, and familiarity with medical office systems. Duties Manage the overall operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient experience. Oversee medical administrative support functions, including scheduling, billing, and patient communications. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and safety. Implement effective fiscal management practices to optimize the financial health of the practice. Coordinate staff training and development to enhance team performance and service delivery. Monitor practice performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, staff, and patients to foster a collaborative environment. Requirements At least 5 years relevant experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements). Proven experience in a medical office setting with a focus on management. Strong understanding of medical administrative support functions and healthcare regulations. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements. Demonstrated skills in financial management and fiscal oversight within a healthcare context. Proficient in using medical software systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external stakeholders. A commitment to maintaining high-quality patient care standards. Not required, but preferred experience in AAAHC accredited ASC.

Full-time Pay:

$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
