Claremont, NH 03743 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Operations Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and proficiency in office management. This role is pivotal in maintaining an efficient work environment while supporting our team and enhancing client relations. Requirements 3-5 years of current managerial/supervisory experience in a practice setting

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree
- Strongly preferred Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative tasks.
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee office management functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Train and supervise administrative staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Implement office procedures that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is advantageous. Exceptional proofreading abilities to ensure quality communication materials. Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
