Summary:

The Practice Manager oversees the daily office operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent patient care. They are responsible for supervising office staff, maintaining office equipment and supplies, managing timecards, and a liaison between the office and doctors.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of daily operations within the healthcare practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments. Provide leadership and direction to office staff, including training and performance management. Ensure staff members adhere to policies and procedures and deliver excellent customer service. Assist with various administrative and medical tasks such as answering the phone, sorting mail, document preparation, patient interaction and care. Oversee the maintenance of the electronic health records system, including data entry, documentation, and confidentiality protocols. Continuously improve the quality of patient care and enhance the overall patient experience. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the practice. Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Assist with recruitment initiatives and supervise the onboarding process for new employees. Schedule clients and staff appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date schedules. Communicate with insurance companies regarding patient care and billing. Maintain office equipment by coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred. Three years of administrative and clerical experience in the medical field required. Extensive knowledge of office management procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Salary Range:

$60,000-$67,000 per year
