Office Manager/Bookkeeper WFD INC Mantoloking, NJ 08738 Overview Well Established Home Builder in Mantoloking seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper with Experience in QuickBooks Desktop, A/P, A/R, Payroll. Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records. Utilize QuickBooks for A/R, A/P and payroll. Implement office management procedures to improve efficiency and organization. Maintain effective communication with clients through phone etiquette and regular updates. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team. Assist in medical office management tasks, if applicable, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in QuickBooks and other office software applications. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
