Our Mobile VeterinarySupervisors play a key leadership role in our mobileclinics—ensuring smooth operations, supporting team members in thefield, and providing an exceptional experience for both pets andpet parents. Roles& Responsibilities:

• Oversee non-medical aspects of mobile clinicoperations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized clinicexperience.
• Accurately document pet health information, servicesprovided, and behavioral notes in our clinic systems.
• Support thepet parent journey—review discharge instructions, handle payments,and label and dispense medications.
• Safely restrain pets duringroutine wellness services such as vaccinations, microchipping, andnail trims.
• Share responsibility for driving the mobile clinicvan, including setup and breakdown at each location.
• Keep theclinic clean and compliant by disinfecting surfaces and equipmentafter each patient.
• Serve as a mentor and leader to VeterinaryClinic Assistants by providing guidance, coaching, and performancefeedback.
• Educate pet parents on the benefits of preventive careand recommend services and products based on their pets’ needs.
• Track and manage inventory levels, vaccine expiration dates, andrestocking of products and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to safetyprotocols and represent PetIQ’s mission and values withprofessionalism.
• Actively participate in scheduled leadershipcheck-ins to support ongoing training and development.
• Helpachieve performance goals related to clinic productivity, productrecommendations, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions/JobDuties:

• Oversee clinic flow and team coordination in the field.
• Provide real-time support and mentorship to team members.
• Participate directly in clinic setup, pet handling, and customerinteractions.
• Maintain consistent standards of cleanliness,safety, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High schooldiploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Validdriver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle to andfrom clinic locations.
• Reliable transportation and flexibleschedule, including weekends and varied weekdays. Comfortableworking outdoors and on your feet for extended periods (up to 12-14hours). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strongcommunication skills, a professional demeanor, and a dependableattitude.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma orequivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisoryexperience, ideally in veterinary, retail, or mobile serviceenvironments.
• Customer service or sales experience, especially infast-paced settings. Familiarity with tablets, iPads, and digitaltools (e.g., Bluetooth devices, inventory systems).
• Ability totrain and motivate others while staying organized and adaptable.

Confidence in engaging with pet parents and recommending servicesbased on pet lifestyle and health needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential jobfunctions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, stateand local standards, including meeting qualitative and/orquantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular,punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and otherfederal, state and local standards.
• Comfortable occasionallyworking outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able tolift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periodsand assist in the care and handling of animals.
