Our team of two physicians and support staff is seeking a reliable, organized, and bilingual Medical Office Manager to oversee the clinic’s daily operations. Position Summary The Medical Office Manager will manage all non-clinical operations, including staff supervision, front desk management, patient scheduling, billing oversight, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role is key to maintaining an efficient and professional office environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare, Business, or related fields preferred but not required) Fluency in English and Spanish (both oral and written) Strong professional references Willingness to commit to the role for a minimum of 2 years Experience 3-5 years of experience in a medical office or outpatient clinic Prior clinic or office management experience is required Direct experience with eClinicalWorks (EHR system) is essential Clinic Management Skills Supervise and support administrative and front-desk staff Oversee patient scheduling, check-ins, referrals, and communication Manage billing and insurance claims, including ePACES and other insurance portals Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS regulations Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies and equipment Personal Attributes Honest, dependable, and highly organized Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment Empathetic, courteous, and professional in interactions with patients and staff Technical Proficiency Proficient in: eClinicalWorks (required) ICD-10 and CPT medical coding Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Insurance platforms including Medicaid/Medicare systems (e.g., ePACES) Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Stable, respectful work environment Opportunities for long-term growth in a leadership role
