Areas of responsibility include:

Budget Management

• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs stay within the agreed-upon limits. Resource Allocation
• Allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution. Scheduling and Timeline Management
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and that deadlines are met. Quality Control
• Establish and maintain quality standards, monitoring construction or design processes to ensure compliance. Risk Management
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Team Leadership
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. Documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including correspondence, drawings, and material samples.

Knowledge of BuilderTrend a plus! Project types here include high-end residential, food & beverage retail and some commercial interiors. Currently, all projects are in Manhattan. This position will have the candidate in the office and at job sites regularly.
