FiveBoro Auto Spa is a high-quality auto detailing business known for excellent service, speed, and attention to detail. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven Floor Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly.
Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on the floor. This role is crucial for maintaining our standards and managing workflow. Our ideal candidate is reliable, confident, and ready to grow. The goal is to promote this person into the full Manager role before the end of summer .
Schedule:
Required to work 6 days a week 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily Weekends are mandatory – they’re our busiest days, and your leadership is key
Responsibilities:
Ensure top-tier quality control on every vehicle serviced Manage time and flow of cars being washed and detailed Handle customer interactions and resolve any issues on-site Lead, support, and hold the floor team accountable Keep the workspace clean and organized Assist in staff training and onboarding Track inventory and equipment maintenance Report performance, challenges, and opportunities directly to ownership
Requirements:
Experience in car wash, auto detailing, or related fields is preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Must be dependable, solutions-focused, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish) Available 6 days/week , including weekends
