Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of service. Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care and resource utilization. Maintain accurate records for patient management and financial reporting. Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration and workflow. Monitor utilization management processes to optimize resource allocation. Requirements Proven experience in office management within a medical or dental clinic setting. Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and revenue cycle processes. Background in Human Resources is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of medical management practices and regulations is essential. Ability to utilize technology effectively for practice management tasks.
