Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 2 years of experience managing a dental or healthcare office Multi location management a plus Requirements & Contributions to the

Team:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a positive patient and staff experience. Greet patients, answer phones, and oversee the scheduling of appointments to optimize satisfaction and ensure efficient provider schedules. Provide concierge-level service by interacting with patients and team members in person, over the phone, or electronically. Present treatment plans, review financial arrangements, and collect patient payments. Oversee patient flow to reduce wait times and maximize productivity. Manage the team and maintain a neat, professional atmosphere. Monitor patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Track office performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to improve patient care and operations. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the front office and treatment rooms. Manage insurance verification and ensure proper billing and collections. Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. Facilitate team-building events, continuing education, and other opportunities for staff growth. Financial & Revenue Management, Track KPIs (production, collections, case acceptance). Manage budgets, billing, and collections to ensure profitability. Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members, and conduct performance reviews. Manage payroll, schedules, and employee benefits. Resolve conflicts and coordinate staff training/CEs. Optimize patient scheduling and provider chair utilization. Develop treatment plan presentations to increase case acceptance. Oversee technology systems and upgrades. Manage insurance claims, follow-ups, and credentialing and ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Conduct regular insurance audits to prevent payment issues. Oversee marketing campaigns, social media, and online reviews.by fostering community engagement and referral networks and monitoring to improve the patient experience through feedback.
