Job Summary The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a wide range of duties including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, supporting staff, and assisting with day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage email correspondence Order and manage office supplies and inventory Schedule appointments and meetings; coordinate calendars Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed Prepare digital signage material and site newsletter Driver of the site engagement committee and activities Assist with onboarding of new staff and HR-related documentation Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications 1- 3 years proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Working Conditions:
