The Regional Office Manager is responsible for overalleffectiveness of support staff functions within designated region.

Developing and implementing consistent procedures, and developingand supporting office supervisors, and partnering with alldepartment lines for efficient and appropriate client care. This isa Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities Include:

Interview, selectand develop Office Supervisors Assist with interviewing, selectionand development of CRS staff Assists with coordination ofoperational needs for designated areas Provide direct trainingand/or oversight and confirmation of training to Office Supervisorsand CRS’s for all office procedures and application softwaresystems Assist with staff development and ensure consistent supportstaff processes across assigned service areas Review designatedoffice data reports and seek to improve performance as needed ordirected Perform regular review and audit of CRS documentation,processes and data entry Provide support to Senior Director ofRegional Support Services on all office developments as well asoperational and staff issues Attend all required meetings asdetermined by Senior Director of Regional Support ServicesCoordinate with Senior Director of Regional Support Services toprovide aid with resolution of problems and escalated or difficultissues regarding patient or staff complaints Work closely withSenior Director of Regional Support Services to track and assignoffice space and address parking issues Work with departmentalleadership to ensure a professional and effective workingenvironment Provide effective communication to assigned staffrelated to changes in current procedures Ensure that all assignedstaff perform job duties in accordance with Compass Health’scustomer service philosophy Help coordinate furniture purchases,required signage, and pool car management Other duties as required

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Oversees day-to-day operations and tasksof supervisees Completes performance development/AIM process Timecard management – manages time sheets Ensures progress anddevelopment is made toward departmental strategic plan goalsOversees and ensures all applicable training for supervisees HighSchool/GED required Bachelor’s degree preferred Previoussupervisory experience in a professional office setting preferredAt least 3 years of customer service experience required Knowledgeof Microsoft office suite preferred Compass Health Network is anonprofit health care organization offering accessible,comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance usetreatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
