Salary:
$40,000 – $45,000 (Based on Experience) Our client, a well-established organization in Columbia, SC, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support their leadership team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. We are a professional recruiting and staffing agency assisting with this search. This is a key role for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing administrative responsibilities while providing executive-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency. Provide high-level administrative support to company leadership. Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination. Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials. Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts. Maintain office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and oversee facility needs. Support HR, payroll, finance, or project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an Office Manager or Executive Assistant role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
