Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager & Patient Care Coordinator to lead our cosmetic surgery and med spa practice. This dual-role position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, and excels in sales, marketing, and team leadership. As the face of our practice, the ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the patient experience from consultation to procedure, supporting growth through marketing and social media, and fostering a positive, high-performance team culture. This role requires a proactive, professional, and creative leader with a strong background in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, or med spa operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the cosmetic surgery and med spa clinic. Conduct patient consultations in collaboration with the surgeon, guiding patients through their aesthetic journey from initial inquiry to procedure booking. Focus on consultation conversion, with an emphasis on educating and supporting patients while meeting clinic growth goals. Lead and execute marketing, including branding initiatives, content creation, and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. Manage the clinic’s social media presence by developing and curating content that aligns with the brand and highlights services, treatments, and patient results. Drive business development efforts and contribute to growth through both digital and in-practice promotional strategies. Supervise and motivate clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment. Lead regular team meetings and performance reviews, ensuring staff alignment with clinic goals and standards. Monitor the patient experience to ensure outstanding service, comfort, and care at every touchpoint. Maintain compliance with AAAHC standards and healthcare regulations. Oversee scheduling of surgical and non-surgical procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction. Implement operational policies and workflows that support both patient care and staff efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in practice management or patient coordination in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spa setting. Experience in marketing, branding, or social media strategy specifically related to cosmetic/aesthetic services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and staff. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team. Deep understanding of the patient journey in cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics. Sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to convert consultations to booked procedures. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Familiarity with AAAHC standards and healthcare operational compliance. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator or Manager in a plastic surgery or aesthetic practice. Knowledge of injectables, laser treatments, skincare products, and surgical procedures.
