MEDICAL RECORDS SPECIALIST

Primary responsibilities:
Orders and Obtains medical records and diagnostic DVD’s in a timely manner Ensures medical records are in order and are accurate and complete Organizes and processes incoming mail with respect to medical records Retrieves medical records from internet chart storage facilities, when needed Scans medical records into Clients digital file Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor The position requires a strong organizational skill set Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
