Medical Records Analysis Clerk 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 269-01 76th Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY 11040 Assembles, analyzes for completeness and prepares documentation on deficiencies of medical records. Job Responsibility Assembles medical records according to a predetermined format. Analyzes medical records for completeness of documentation in accordance with policies, JCAHO and NYS Department of Health requirements. Assigns documentation deficiencies to responsible physicians by inputting into a computerized chart completion system. Performs related duties, as required. ADA Essential Functions Job Qualification High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Minimum of one (1) year related work experience, required. Knowledge of medical record department and medical record science, required. Knowledge of Medical terminology through the completion of a medical record certificate program or work related experience, required. Data entry experience, required.
