Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our fast-paced Independent Medical Examination Company. Applicants should possess excellent communication and organizational skills that will aid in assisting office personnel. This is a full-time position responsible for organizing and prepping medical records as well as other clerical duties and responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain database of network approved Physicians current credentials Communicate with scheduling coordinators, providing assistance with outgoing medical records Review, sort and print incoming medical records Prep and send medical records and diagnostic imaging for scheduled examinations Copy diagnostic imaging to CD or software programs for scheduled examinations Process and send medical records via FedEx shipping procedures Process records request/subpoena to send to clients Prepare invoices to appropriate parties for records request Track payment for sent invoices and send out medical records Monitor and work a daily task list of responsibilities Ensure all information is documented in and recorded in ACT database Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills Capability to manage competing priorities and handle fast-paced work environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office products Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
