Date Entry Specialist CureTech Innnovative Therapies Pulaski, TN 38478 Data Entry Specialist is responsible for: Being on time to open and close the office daily (Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm) Answering phone calls via our customer support line Accessing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to gain information so we are able to bill claims Entering rx’s into our software which includes: Analyzing insurance documents Accurately enter medical records/data into our software Processing reimbursement claims Releasing accurate insurance claims ICD 10 knowledge Review all data thoroughly before inputting as an order Retrieve and process data as requested by management Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Meet daily and weekly productivity goals and accuracy targets Along with numerous other miscellaneous things This person must have

EXCELLENT

analytical skills, especially on performing clerical tasks to evaluate medical records/chart notes and update the account information inside CureTech’s proprietary HIPAA platform. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills and understanding of medical insurance processes to communicate clearly with the rest of the team. This person must be detail-oriented, reliable, able to work well as a team and independently, strong work ethic, organized, self-motivated, and adaptable.
